The hotel had separate bedrooms. The property's location was perfect and excellent, to town or to the beaches with a supermarket and stores within walking distance.

The hotel had unbeatable location just off trendy cafes and restaurants and the beaches and downtown. Furthermore, in the area. The room we had included climate control, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV.

The value for money at Arba Tulum - Aldea Zama was fantastic! The room was beautiful and spacious, with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, close to bike rentals, cafes, and supermarkets. The staff, especially the owner, were pretty good too ensure we had a great stay. They were responsive and helpful, always there to answer our questions and provide recommendations.
The breakfast experience could be improved with a wider variety of options.
